This policy explains what elitherealtor305.com collects, why, and what you can ask me to do about it. The site is operated by Eli Diaz-Gyra, a licensed Florida real estate agent (License #3627785) with Iconic Miami Realty, LLC, in Miami, Florida.

What I collect

Information you give me

If you fill in the contact form, I receive whatever you put in it: your name, email address, phone number, what you are interested in, and optionally your bedroom, budget and neighborhood preferences and any message you write. That is the only form on the site. I do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details or card numbers through this website.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one uses third-party analytics. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived here.

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and page statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings. This records how you move, scroll and click on the page. It is intended to show which parts of the site work; it is not used to identify you personally.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures whether visits came from ads and lets Meta show ads to people who have visited this site.

Each of those companies handles the data it collects under its own privacy policy, and I do not control what they do with it.

Why I use it

• To answer you, and to help you rent, buy or sell a property.
• To follow up about your enquiry, by email, phone or text.
• To understand which pages and neighborhoods people are actually looking at, so the site gets more useful.
• To measure and target advertising.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share your enquiry with anyone who is not helping me answer it — for example my brokerage, or a lender or inspector you ask me to introduce you to. I may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as it is useful to help you, and afterwards where a record is needed for real estate or tax purposes. Analytics data is retained on each provider's own schedule. Ask me to delete your enquiry and I will.

Your choices

• Opt out of analytics: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies does not stop you using this site.
• Stop hearing from me: reply and say so, or ask by email, and I will stop contacting you.
• See, correct or delete what I hold: email me and I will handle it.

Florida does not currently give website visitors a general statutory right to demand deletion the way California and some other states do, but I will honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is meant for adults looking for property. It is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Security, and the honest limit of it

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on a secured host. No website can promise perfect security, and I would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
